European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

How to start a return or cancellation request: You can start a request directly through your customer account at account.pawlivo.shop, or contact us at bas@mspil.com.

Returning your item: Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund of shipping costs: We will refund the standard outbound shipping costs you paid when placing your order. Additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are covered by us we'll provide a return shipping label.

Refund timing: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at bas@mspil.com.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products, perishable goods, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
